Speaking as a guest on a Free Market Foundation livestream hosted by Chris Hattingh, CDE’s Ann Bernstein spoke about South Africa’s unemployment crisis, the labour market, inclusive growth and proposed a few solutions to reform South Africa’s economic dilemma. “We should test out a special economic zone in South Africa which is designed to attract investors in labour intensive factories and they have done around the world,” she said.
