CDE is made up of a small but dynamic team of individuals who are dedicated to inclusive economic growth. Since March 2020, we have embraced a hybrid working model, which is adjusted according to the country’s health and safety regulations and organisational needs at the time.
We are not only committed to the country’s development, but also recognise that a happy work environment is the foundation for a productive work force. As a result, CDE’s health and wellness, and fun team-building activities are an integral part of maintaining staff morale and creating a happy and healthy work environment.
CDE is also an organisation that believes in continuous professional and career development. We have staff members that are completing their post-graduate studies, whilst others are continually upskilling through short online and in-person courses.
