CDE’s Ann Bernstein shared her views about the Quarterly Labour Force Survey stats for the second quarter of 2020 with Newzroom Afrika’s Cathy Mohlahlana saying, “The percentage of adults in our work force who are now working is even lower than it was before, the global average is about 60% of adults in the work force who are actively employed, South Africa has dropped from 42% to just over 36% of adults.”
