Speaking to eNCA’s Clement Manyathela, Ann Bernstein discussed CDE’s new report titled South Africa’s NEETs crisis: Why we are failing to connect young people to work which makes recommendations to alleviate South Africa’s NEET’s crisis. “We have to become a much more labour intensive economy and that requires reform to the labour market and we have to fix the quality of our education and skills training system,” she said.
