Ann Bernstein, executive director of the Centre for Development and Enterprise (CDE), outlined the first steps a new government should take on PowerFM’s Power Business programme. Bernstein recently launched CDE’s AGENDA 2024, a project outlining the five urgent priority areas that the new government, once established, needs to focus on in its first 180 days in office. She stressed the importance of clarity in the leadership, “It’s not just about politics, power, or position. You have to think about the country we have to fix, so it’s also about policy priorities.”
