Localisation hurts the economy

Speaking to SA Fm’s Stephen Grootes on the costs of the localisation policy on the economy, CDE’s Ann Bernstein said, “On the face of it, this appears to be a good policy but it really isn’t. It is harming the expansion of the economy and that affects jobs.”
