In an interview with Newzroom Afrika’s Stephen Grootes, CDE’s Ann Bernstein discusses the much anticipated Medium Term Budget Policy Statement by the Minister of Finance. She stated, “How realistic will the growth assumptions of this statement be? For a large part of the last decade the Treasury overestimated what growth would be and that affected what they thought they could spend.”
