Speaking to SABC Full View’s Tshepiso Makwetla, CDE’s Ann Bernstein commented on the 2021 State of the Nation Address. In the interview, they discussed the rising unemployment rate, financial cost of the Covid 19 vaccine rollout, social grants and the 2021 education programme. “The most important thing South Africa has to do today is to acquire vaccines and, efficiently and effectively rollout the vaccinations for about 40 million people. We have to do that as fast as possible whatever the costs,” said Ann.
