Infrastructure key to rebuilding the economy

Speaking to SA FM’s Stephen Grootes, CDE’s Ann Bernstein discussed the hinderances to infrastructure development in South Africa. She said, “The Government has to accept its own limitations; the State is weak and riddled with corruption. There are pockets of some expertise and excellence.” She also spoke about state-owned enterprises, construction mafias, and the State of the Nation Address.
