Speaking to 702’s Bongani Bingwa, Ann Bernstein discussed the NEETS crisis in South Africa and recommendations to change this problem. She said, “The first is we need growth and that means we have to implement fundamental reforms to get investors to risk their money in this society. The second thing is we have to make sure that growth is labour intensive as possible.”
