“The president is in a difficult situation; not only with the divisions within his party, but also with a broken state that is not working well,” shared CDE’s Ann Bernstein while reflecting on the State of the Nation Address (SONA) with Cape Talk’s Refilwe Moloto. She did however highlight that the construction of this year’s speech was much better compared to last year’s one.
