CDE’s executive director Ann Bernstein spoke about government reform to Stephen Grootes on Newzroom Afrika’s Newzfeed PM show. Speaking after the release of CDE’s new report, ACTION TWO: Appoint the right people in mission critical public sector jobs, Bernstein stressed the need for an effective public service, saying “What we have to get in order to achieve delivery is a team of people at the very top of government that are committed to reform, competent, capable, and have integrity.”
